About Frances Pimentel

Frances has over 18 years’ experience promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of properties as well as expertise in multiple disciplines within the real estate field on a global scale; including commercial and residential properties, hotels and new developments sourcing and project coordination, sales and marketing strategies and property management. She currently specializes in primary and second homes as well as investment properties in both Miami and the Caribbean. She obtained bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and International Business as well as her MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She also holds the Certified International Property Specialist and Transnational Referral Certification designations and has completed the Resort and Second Home Markets course. More recently, and due to what she believes to be a personal purpose, Frances has been focusing a large portion of her efforts in sustainable developments and eco-friendly properties. She intends to continue to further grow this aspect of her business with the intention of protecting the environment and leaving a positive impact and imprint on our planet.
